One of the goals of the responsible business in Raben Group is caring for health and safety of employees. That is why we pay so much attention to the SHE philosophy (Safety, Health and Environment), which builds robust safety culture among employees and suppliers and, according to which, Raben takes utmost care of the health of its employees. How? Among other things, the Healthy Week has been organized for seven years now. The five-day program which promotes healthy lifestyle was prepared by experts with the hope of dragging employees away from their desks even for just a short time. The aim of the program is to instil the healthy habit of physical activity and taking care of oneself in Raben staff.
This is not all. The Group encourages its employees to get involved in all kinds of activities in the office and outside it. Depots in Poland and in Germany are opening internal gyms for drivers. Once a year we organize an internal, international football tournament Raben Cup and the employee run called Rabeniada. Events like Survival Race; The Color Run Poznań; Runmageddon Poznań or Business Run perfectly fit the company health program. Poznań Business Run is particularly popular since it stands for help through running and CSR is an inherent part of Raben Group's DNA. That is why several teams from different branches have joined this year's edition of the event.

Gathering Raben Group employees willing to participate in the charity run usually takes just a few moments. Such great commitment of our colleagues to helping the needy is really satisfactory." – says Jarosław Skupiński, HR Business Partner in Raben Group, who has already run in several editions of Poznań Business Run.
CSR in Raben Group
Almost 12,000 pallets and over 7,000 tons transported free of charge as part of cooperation with Food Banks, 3,200 planted trees in the e-invoice=higher culture campaign, 1,500 children covered by the "Transport is Necessary" educational program and 13 dialogue sessions with 116 stakeholders. These are just few examples of the Group's achievements in responsible business. The sustainable development strategy has been executed by Raben since 2010. The company aim in corporate social responsibility is to be the trendsetter in the sector in giving the added value for the environment through sustainable solutions.
Social responsibility of Raben Group is founded in awareness that such a large business entity does not exist in a separate social space. Development, growth and innovativeness translate into the quality of life in the environment. And the foundation of the sustainable operations is the dialogue with the environment. That is the reason why for years now Raben has carried our dialogue sessions with stakeholders. Based on their outcome, the company has developed a strategy of social engagement which determines areas of support important for local communities which are education, safety and ecology.
