2024.07.26

On 20 June 2024, the inaugural gala of the 9th edition of the HR Dream Team competition organised by Grupa Pracuj was held in Warsaw. The gala crowned the most interesting and successful projects implemented by HR teams in various organisations. Raben Group-owned Raben Management Services received the first honorary mention in the category “Effective and friendly recruitment”.

The HR Dream Team is a competition held to recognise employees in the human resources management sector and the results of their work. It is also a presentation of practices and an overview of the latest trends in the field. HR teams can submit their projects in five categories: "Effective and friendly recruitment of candidates", "Talent development in the organisation", "Organisational culture and employee engagement", "Strengthening the engagement of IT teams", "Wellbeing work - life balance". The competition culminated in the presentation of honorary mentions and awards to the best HR projects at a gala event.

Raben Management Services received an honorary mention in the category "Effective and friendly recruitment" for the project entitled “Raben. Not just logistics and transport”. The project is the result of cooperation between HR and IT departments it and focuses on creating a friendly environment during the recruitment processes and on building awareness among managers in the area of employee sourcing. Conducting recruitment processes in the IT industry is a major challenge, especially in the Wielkopolska market, with its low level of unemployment.

Receiving the honorary mention is a very big success for us - we are proud that our innovative approach in the recruitment process has been recognised by the Jury. I hope it will inspire the logistics and HR sector - says Anna Donaj, Group Recruitment Lead at Raben Management Services.

The project was recognised out of more than 200 entries. The jury recognised the accuracy in defining the challenge of sourcing candidates in the IT sector, the effectiveness and innovation of the performed recruitment activities and the initiatives to promote the personal brands of recruiters and managers. In addition, the high level of collaboration in Raben interdisciplinary team was highlighted as an inspiration for the entire HR industry.

I believe that the key to successful recruitment is engagement in the process itself, however not just of employers and candidates. I am glad that the idea is not only close to me, but to the whole IT team at Raben Group - says Anna Donaj, Group Recruitment Lead at Raben Management Services.

Raben Group has more than 12,000 employees in its structure, which provides ample room for improvement and for implementing many optimisation and automation processes in the area of recruitment and HR processes. Winning the honorary mention shows that the activities undertaken by the Raben team are gaining in importance and their added value is appreciated by both the candidates participating in the processes and the HR community.
