Truckers friendly Gniewomierz - Raben Transport with Truckers Friendly Place certificate

Raben Transport's Gniewomierz depot has won the prestigious Truckers Friendly Place certificate awarded as part of the “Rate the Shipper” initiative carried out together with the Truckers Life Foundation. This award confirms that improving conditions for truckers is not just a declaration but a real action - it is a sign of respect for the people who are a key link in the supply chain every day.

High quality, real change and the driver at the centre of attention - these values have guided the Raben Transport depot in Gniewomierz, which has just joined the elite group of places awarded the Truckers Friendly Place certificate. This award is presented as part of the “Rate the Shipper” initiative organised in conjunction with the Truckers Life Foundation - an organisation working to improve working conditions for professional drivers in Europe.

In order to be certified, stringent requirements had to be met in four key areas:

• infrastructure
• service quality,
• duration of operations,
• availability and quality of social facilities.

A minimum score of 4.5/5 in each of these areas was a prerequisite for the certificate. The Raben Transport depot in Gniewomierz met high standards in terms of comfort and quality of service for professional drivers. The level of satisfaction of respondents in all the key areas helped to achieve Truckers Friendly Place certification.
