Fresh Logistics Polska promotes healthy lifestyle with Dr. Lifestyle

2019.12.18

Recipe for health? Physical activity and balanced diet. And a healthy diet is all about fresh and safe food. Fresh Logistics Polska, as an expert in the field of transport of fresh products, each day makes sure that the products which get to the shops are fresh and of the highest quality. In order to share its knowledge with the Poles, the company has prepared an educational campaign under the slogan “Fresh is Healthy”. Fresh Logistics Polska has enlisted the cooperation of Dr. Lifestyle - a dietician and a blogger.

“Fresh is Healthy” is another edition of the #FreshExpress campaign, which is based on the so-called influencer marketing, i.e. using the image of famous people to promote a brand. Fresh Logistics Polska has once again enlisted the cooperation of Dr. Lifestyle, a well-known dietician and a blogger, who prepared a series of educational films entitled “Fresh is Healthy”. It is a series of 10 episodes published on the YouTube channel of Raben Group and promoted in social media. The aim of the campaign is to promote responsible consumption and to popularise knowledge about food storage and healthy eating.

Through the ‘Fresh is Healthy’ campaign, we would like to emphasize that Fresh Logistics Polska is an expert in the field of food transport and storage, who actively participates in creating the sustainable supply chain. Withmore than a million fresh food shipments handled each year, we feel responsible not only for the quality and safety of the products entrusted to us, but also for promoting the knowledge which is useful to consumers in their daily purchasing decisions” - explains Ewa Chwiłkowska, Fresh Logistics Brand Specialist, and she adds: “We invited our customers to the project because we strongly believe that only through cooperation between all the participants of the supply chain are we able to really shape the society's awareness of responsible consumption.

A sound mind in a sound body as the saying goes. We spend hours at the gym to stay healthy and vigorous, but we often forget that without healthy eating habits we are not able to achieve the desired results. Therefore, in order to help with the daily dilemmas of consumers, the “Fresh is Healthy” campaign was created with expert advice from Dr. Lifestyle on the issues of food storage and zero waste policy, i.e. conscious purchase of food products. Thanks to them, consumers can learn how to check whether an egg is fresh, whether it is worth buying organic products, how to freeze fruit and vegetables, and how to extend the freshness of takeaway meals.

“The knowledge of the Poles of food storage and healthy eating is at a worryingly low level. The patronage of Raben Group made it possible to create the educational series #ŚwieżoCzyliZdrowo, in which I had the opportunity to show new customers a healthy approach to a healthy lifestyle. We teach better nutrition and conscious food storage to keep food fresher for longer - this topic perfectly unites the healthy lifestyle with the activities of Fresh Logistics Polska.” - commentsMonika Ciesielska, a dietician and the author of the DR Lifestyle blog.

The #FreshExpress campaign “Fresh is Healthy” was launched on November 5 and the last episode was aired on December 6. So far, the advice of Dr. Lifestyle has been watched by approximately 23 000 people who visited the YouTube channel of Raben Group, and the total reach of the campaign is over 200 000. The project was carried out in cooperation with Eisberg, OSM Piątnica, ZPJ Magda, Spomlek, Hochland, Indyk Wielkopolski, Graal, as well as Dr. Lifestyle and the Good For You agency.

This is not the first cooperation between Fresh Logistics and Dr. Lifestyle. The blogger was also invited to the first edition of the #FreshExpress project in 2018. At that time, Dr. Lifestyle hitchhiked with a Fresh Logistics Polska driver, Magda, by truck full of Zott yoghurts. The aim of the campaign was to show the whole production cycle of yoghurt, from the farm where milk is produced, through the production process, Fresh Logistics warehouses, transport in a refrigerated truck, to delivering it virtually to the consumer's hand. The first edition of the #FreshEspress action exceeded wildest expectations; it reached almost a million users of new media.
