Success of Raben Group in the Logistics Operator of the Year 2025 Program

Raben Group back on the podium! Three companies have been awarded in the prestigious Logistics Operator of the Year 2025 ranking. The Bronze Emblem went to Raben Logistics Polska, while the title of Logistics Leader was earned by Fresh Logistics Polska – for achievements in the area of food market segmentation – and Raben Transport – for excellence in managing the international supply chain. These distinctions confirm Raben Group’s strong position in the industry and its role in setting quality standards in logistics.

The awards were presented on 1 December during the Logistics, Transport and Production Gala in Warsaw, organized by DGC and Eurologistics Publishing House.

On 1 December 2025, during the ceremonial gala of the 24th edition of the Logistics Operator of the Year research program, held in Warsaw, the winners of this year’s prestigious ranking were announced. Among them were three companies from Raben Group, reaffirming their strong industry position. Raben Logistics Polska once again received the Bronze Emblem. The title of Logistics Leader was awarded to Fresh Logistics Polska for achievements in food market segmentation, and to Raben Transport for managing the international supply chain.

Raben Logistics Polska – Bronze Emblem

Raben Logistics Polska, the only company present in all editions of the ranking and a four-time winner, received the Bronze Emblem of the Logistics Operator of the Year 2025 program.

Fresh Logistics Polska – Award in the Area of Food Market Segmentation

Fresh Logistics Polska was recognized for its effective and innovative activities in the food logistics segment, confirming its leading position in this specialized market category. The award was accepted on behalf of the company by Justyna Dobraś.

Raben Transport – Award for Managing the International Supply Chain

Raben Transport received an award in the category of international supply chain management, confirming the company’s competence in handling global logistics processes and building efficient supply networks.

The winners of this year’s Logistics Operator of the Year study and the accompanying projects were announced on 1 December during the 2025 Logistics, Transport and Production Gala, which once again proved to be a true celebration of the industry.

About the Program

Logistics Operator of the Year is a customer satisfaction study of logistics operators conducted since 2002, organized by DGC and Eurologistics Publishing House. For 23 years, it has been the most important and comprehensive source of knowledge about the quality of logistics services in Poland. The study includes assessments of companies’ competitiveness, service comprehensiveness, service quality, market position, and the effectiveness of communication and delivery processes.

In this year's edition, 27 leading logistics operators took part, and the analysis was based on 761 interviews with key clients — conducted online and by phone. The results form a ranking of companies most trusted by the market.

The results of the Logistics Operator of the Year 2025 program once again confirm that stable quality, effective process management and customer trust remain the key pillars of success for logistics companies in Poland. Raben Group, together with other participants of the study, co-creates the image of an industry which, despite a dynamic market environment, consistently strengthens service standards and customer relationships.
