The Gala of Logistics, Transport and Production is the largest top management meeting for the logistics, transport and production sector, during which also the results of the customer satisfaction survey, the Logistics Operator of the Year (16th edition), are presented.

A few years ago our company implemented the NPS (Net Promoter Score) program which measures customer loyalty and their satisfaction with the quality of our services. The survey is carried out every 1 or 3 months, depending on customer preferences, and it provides ongoing feedback on the satisfaction from our cooperation. At the same time we receive many valuable suggestions regarding expected improvements. The Logistics Operator of the Year is a satisfaction survey carried out among logistics customers, and it provides objective information about the scope and quality of logistics services available on the market. For over a dozen years now, the survey has been carried out by Data Group Consulting and Eurologistics Publishing House.
Its aim is to provide market participants with the knowledge of customers' expectations and the quality of logistics services. Based on the findings of the survey, a ranking of companies is created which enjoy the greatest trust of their customers. The ranking is used to promote logistics services of the highest quality.
The survey assesses many aspects of company management including the competitive potential of the company, comprehensiveness of logistics services, achieving agreed performance indicators, standard of customer service according to key customers, standard of customer service according to all customers, market leader position according to key customers and market leader position according to all customers.
