More and more companies acknowledge the role of Customer loyalty and the impact of that factor on the financial results like profitability and the growth of the organization. The Logistics Operator of the Year Programme is used the measure the satisfaction and loyalty among Customers of services rendered by logistics operators. This year's, fourteenth edition selected businesses ranked the highest by Customers.
During the festive Logistics Gala which was held in Warsaw on December 3, 2015, the best logistics service providers were announced. Raben Polska was among the honourable group selected by Customers of the TFL sector and it was nominated the Laureate of the Golden Emblem. We believe that only two-way communication may contribute to the company development. Therefore we regularly ask our Customers, through internal satisfaction surveys, which elements of our operations need improving. We also run dialogue sessions with the local community to find out what kind of neighbour we are. The answers we receive in all surveys are analysed and then plans of corrective actions are prepared. Nowadays the role of emotions is of great importance and researching the satisfaction level among customers has become the duty of the service provider. So we wish to thank our Customers for their opinions which are the signposts of changes for us. We believe that being open to dialogue and the strive for perfection is beneficial to all sides.
