Raben Group in Romania

In June 2016 Raben Group opened the first company in Romania, depot in Arad and Bukarest. The decision to expand on that market was determined by the company mission, which is building the competitive advantage of its Customers. "Trade exchange with Romania is improving every year. We see that many of our Customers, also from Poland, are investing in Romania. We want to be there with our Customers to support their business and development. We also want to share our global know-how and over 85 years of experience with local manufacturers in order to build their position on the local and on the European market. • machinery and equipment (26% share of the export)
• means of transport (16.3% of overseas sales)
• metals and metal products (9%)
• textiles (7.5%)
• mineral products (6.2%, a 30% increase in the value of sales in comparison with 2013)
• plastics, raw rubber and product made from them (5.7%) (2)

Primary goods import from Romania are:

• machinery and equipment (27% share of the import)
• steel products (11%)
• chemical products (10.2%)
• mineral products (10.1%)
• means of transport (8.6%, 18% growth in the value of imported cars)
• plastics, raw rubber and product made from them (7.4%) (3)
