Triple laurel for Raben Group

The 22nd edition of the Logistics, Transport and Production Gala, during which the results of the Logistics Operator of the Year programme were announced, is behind us. We are very happy to inform you that as many as three companies of our Group stood on the podium of this evening: Raben Logistics Polska, Raben Transport and Fresh Logistics Polska.  

The gala took place on November 30, 2023 at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Warsaw. This event has been a true celebration of logistics for two decades - a time of summaries, meetings, talks and mutual inspiration. It is also an evening when we get to know the companies that have the best reputation among customers of logistics services, manufacturers and retail chains that stand out in the field of creativity in management, pioneers of green transformation of supply chains, and products and services whose innovation allows for continuous development and improvement of operations in the value chain.

The highlight of the Gala was the announcement of the winners of the 'Logistics Oscars', i.e. the top three companies in the results of this year's Logistics Operator of the Year survey. This programme is the only one of its kind - the wide-ranging survey examines the level of customer satisfaction of logistics companies, has been running continuously since 2002 and has gained a huge reputation in the industry.

Being the winner of the Logistics Operator of the Year research programme is a great honour for us. I would like to thank our customers very much for the trust they place in us. This is the greatest accolade for us, which not only makes us happy, but also motivates us to develop further. Because each award is at the same time a commitment to further work on the quality of services and improvement of processes. During the Gala, Logistics Leader awards were also handed out, which are awarded for leadership in particular market segments or service features. They indicate companies that have achieved excellence within their specialised business or have significantly developed one of the segments of logistics services they offer in a given year. We are pleased to announce that two companies from our Group received these awards: Raben Transport - for "Competitiveness in road transport" and Fresh Logistics Polska - for "Unsurpassable service standard".

Researching satisfaction among our customers and adjusting our offer to their individual needs are the foundation of our strategy. It is our customers who drive change. This award is undoubtedly a confirmation of the rightness of our everyday business decisions, but it is also a driving force for further development and a major source of inspiration to improve our services. - comments Ewa Chwiłkowska, Brand Manager, who received the award on behalf of Fresh Logistics Polska.

It is the second year in a row that we have been awarded in the competition of the research programme Logistics Operator of the Year in the category 'Competitiveness in road transport', this year we received the Leader statuette. This is a great accolade for all our Employees who take care of the timely delivery of our Customers every day. Without them, this would not be possible. It is also a great motivation for us for the years to come to continuously increase our competitiveness and the opportunity to stand out on the market in the FTL services segment. During the Logistics, Transport and Production Gala, the winners of the Innovative Product for Logistics, Transport and Production competition and the Supply Chain Designer survey were also awarded. For the first time, the winners of the Green Designer Competition were selected, which was created in response to the changes taking place in the economy - the growing influence of sustainable development and environmentally-friendly activities on the functioning of companies. 

Logistics Operator of the Year is a customer satisfaction survey of logistics operators, which provides objective information about the scope and quality of logistics services offered in the market. The survey has been conducted by Data Group Consulting and Eurologistics Publishing House for twenty years. 

The aim of the Logistics Operator of the Year survey is to provide market participants with knowledge of customer expectations and the level of logistics services provided. Based on the results of the survey, a ranking of companies enjoying the highest customer confidence is created. The ranking serves to promote logistics services of the highest quality.
