Masters of the Roads have met in the Raben Transport Service Station

The participants of the Sunday event took advantage of many attractions organized by Raben Transport together with partners, the Trucker’s Life foundation and the MAN Trucker's World Club. What was the programme exactly?

Self-defence course with Krav Maga instructors, presentation of exercises done in the truck cabin, in an outdoor gym and using trucks, live cooking with examples of simple dishes to prepare on the road, and a truck simulator. All this accompanied by dieticians from the Science Association of Dieticians from the Food and Nutrition Department of the University of Life Sciences in Poznań who examined the health and fitness of participating drivers and who analysed their body content.

This is not all. We also talked about safety on the road and about mysterious defects and failures of trucks. Our experts from the Service Station talked about how to deal with them and the colleagues from MAN presented their ProfiDrive set and showed us how to drive economically and economically. There were also some attractions for children, such as safety cinema in the Raben truck.

The objective of the event was to present the work of professional drivers. Drawing attention to the specifics of their lifestyle and the opportunities they have on the road with reference to exercise and healthy eating.

The profession of a driver is extremely responsible and it can be difficult at times, yet it is really fascinating. It is filled with continuous travels, wonderful views, discovering new places and cities, tasting exotic dishes and meeting people. Masters of the Roads wants to tell more about this great profession and show our appreciation of professional drivers. Had it not been for their effort and engagement, shelves in shops would be empty and we wouldn’t have access to many goods as no one would deliver them.

On the one hand, the meeting was for drivers for whom Raben Transport, the Trucker’s Life foundation and MAN Trucker’s World Polska prepared a lot of advice about attractions on the road and the trucker’s lifestyle. On the other hand, the Sunday event was an opportunity for everyone who loves trucks, the work and lifestyle of drivers, to learn more about this profession and their great trucks.
