Help for Nepal

Below, please find the story of one of the organizers of the action together with photographs she has sent to us.My name is Tija Grebieniow although everyone in Nepal called me Didi Tija, i.e. sister, older friend.I lived in Nepal for a year. The events of April 25, 2015, are very personal for me since I know the places affected by the earthquake and, above all, because of the unimaginable tragedy which my Nepalese family has been suffering. They have lost their loved ones, their homes and workplaces. However they don't lose hope and even though they have nothing, they use all their energy to bring aid to those most in need. It has been two weeks now but they still reach places where people are still waiting for help. To help my friends I have established a group "Hey, let's rebuild Nepal" under the auspices of the Kazimierz Nowak Foundation which organizes aid operations. Our first project was to collect clothes, tents, blankets, first-aid kits, etc. On behalf of the whole team I would like to express my gratitude to RABEN GROUP which supported us in the transport of parcels filled with all those necessary things to Kraków, from where they are flying to Kathmandu this Friday. The parcels will get to Riju Tuladhar and Rajendra Prasad Sapkota, who will set off to bring help in the mountains - in the places which still haven't received any aid. The current project is to climb MOUNT EVEREST for Nepal, that is PLN 8,848 [just like the height above sea level] for the most necessary equipment.Our FacebookWe will be organising more collection actions, climb more financial peaks, and ultimately, already in June, we will fly to help rebuild Nepal - hence the name "Hej, let's rebuild Nepal";) Depending on the needs, we are going to build a school / orphanage / house.
