Fresh Logistics Polska launches a new connection to Hungary - three times a week!

Fresh Logistics Polska, a Raben Group company, has launched a new, faster transport connection between Poland and Hungary. The service operates three times a week, ensuring stable and safe transport of fresh exported products at controlled temperatures. Thanks to the new connection, Polish food producers gain even more efficient access to the Hungarian market. We deliver shipments from Poland to Budapest in three business days!

Operational Scheme

The delivery scheme has been designed to ensure flexibility and optimal transit times:

Exports from Poland to Hungary:

• Day A - collection of shipments from all locations in Poland
• Day C - deliveries to recipients in Budapest and the surrounding area

• Day D - deliveries to recipients in the rest of Hungary

   

Delivery schedule:

Consolidating shipments allows for increased vehicle fill, which translates into lower transportation costs, fewer empty runs, and reduced CO₂ emissions. As a result, the supply chain becomes more efficient and sustainable.

Why Hungary?

Hungary is a key market for Polish food in the European Union. In 2024, Poland's largest export revenue to the EU came from sales to Hungary, which reached €1.4 billion, recording an 11% year-on-year increase. [1]

Food products play a significant role in Polish-Hungarian trade. In 2025, they accounted for 3% of all Polish agri-food exports. [1]

An additional advantage of Hungary is its strategic location at the center of the Baltic-Adriatic route, which increases logistical efficiency and ensures fast connections in Central Europe. This makes the Poland-Hungary route a natural choice for the development of temperature-controlled food transport.
