Terms and Conditions for guests using Wi-Fi

1. Purpose of the network

The guest Wi-Fi network is provided to give temporary internet access to visitors who are not employees of Raben Group.

 

2. Rules for using the network

Use of the network is free of charge, voluntary and only possible after acceptance of these terms and conditions.

By connecting to the guest Wi-Fi network, the user agrees to comply with the following rules:

 

2.1. Allowed use:

  • using the network only in a legal way and with respect for other users

  • ensuring the security of the device (e.g. up-to-date software, anti-virus protection)

     

2.2. Forbidden activities:

  • Trying to unauthorized access to internal company systems or data
  • Sending spam, viruses, or using the network for hacking activities like denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
  • Attempting to bypass security controls or authentication
  • Impersonating others (e.g. using fake identities or email headers)
  • Sharing copyrighted materials without permission
  • Hosting services or sharing access with others
  • Sending mass emails or using tools to flood traffic
  • Running scanning tools, bots, scripts without permission

  • Trying to access blocked or restricted content.

     

3. Network security and monitoring

3.1. The guest network is isolated from internal company systems.

3.2. We may monitor traffic to detect threats or rule violations. 

3.3. Raben Group does not guarantee the availability or speed of the connection.

3.4. The user is responsible for data and device security. Raben Group is not responsible for any damage caused to the user (e.g. loss of data, equipment security breaches).

 

4. Personal data and privacy

4.1. Technical data (e.g. IP address, connection time and length) may be collected for security and compliance purposes.

4.2. Data is processed in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the GDPR/RODO.

 

5. Duration and access

5.1. The duration of one session may be limited (e.g. 1 hour), after which a reconnection will be required.

5.2. Raben Group reserves the right to terminate or block access to the network in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

 

6. Final provisions

6.1. Raben Group reserves the right to modify these regulations at any time. The current version will always be available on the login page.

6.2. Use of the network means acceptance of these rules.
