The logistics platform to be provided by Fresh Logistics under the agreement is intended for such product categories as: fruit and vegetables, dairy products, cured meat products, ready-made meals, as well as meat and poultry. These products are particularly demanding in terms of logistics processes. Guaranteeing their freshness, high quality and above all safety, is crucial to Auchan's business strategy. Logistic operations will be carried out in a warehouse with an area of over 4,000 m2, with chambers having different temperature ranges adequate to the requirements of a given product group. Operations will be provided 7 days a week, and the monthly handled volume is over 24,000 pallets. Fresh Logistics Polska will serve over 200 suppliers of the Auchan chain.
