We would like to inform you that on January 13, 2026, a regulation of the Council of Ministers was published in the Journal of Laws, increasing electronic toll rates by 40% as of February 1, 2026, compared to the previous change from 2025, and increasing the toll road network in Poland by 645 km.
The road surcharge applied by Raben Logistics Polska is determined by legal provisions*, which require us to incur charges for the use of road infrastructure. These charges are based on the following:
The rate of electronic toll per kilometer of national roads
The total kilometers of national roads and concession motorways subject to electronic tolls.
In view of the aforementioned changes and in accordance with the terms of the offer/contract under which Raben Logistics Polska provides transport services to you, we hereby inform you that, effective February 1, 2026, the road surcharge rates will be as follows:
Domestic distribution: 21.70%
International distribution: 8.76%
Road Surcharge is an additional payment for the transportation services using roads which are subject to electronic toll collection and paid concession motorways.
The amount constituting the Road Surcharge has been calculated in such a way so that it corresponds to the cost of paying the mandatory electronic toll and fees for using licensed motorways, as well as the fleet of vehicles used by Raben Logistics Polska and the connections between the company’s terminals, international terminals, and foreign terminals.
Road Surcharge rate will be updated accordingly, following level of e-toll or fees from concession motorways, but also changes (extension) of public roads network, that will be subject to the electronic toll collection and payable motorways network.
Road Surcharge is a separate item in the specification for an invoice and is calculated according to the following rules:
