3. Purposes of processing, legal grounds for processing and categories of data

your data will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) or in order to pursue our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
in the case of consent to participation in the survey or to receiving the requested offer from Raben Group Companies, the basis will also be the legitimate interest of the Companies - in case of asserting claims related to these actions (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

4. Period of data storage

Your personal data will be processed until:

withdrawal of the consent,
lodging an objection - if, after consideration by the Controller, it is found to be effective,
until the statute of limitations for claims has expired - as provided by law.

5. Data recipients and data transfer to third countries

Access to personal data will be granted to authorised employees and co-workers of Raben Group Companies as well as to service providers used by them (e.g. website or IT system maintenance, sending newsletters).

Your personal data may be transferred to data processors established outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Countries outside the EEA may not offer the same level of personal data protection as the EEA countries. Before your personal data are transferred outside the EEA, Raben Group will make every effort to ensure that such transfer does not lead to a reduction in the level of your protection guaranteed under the regulations in force in the EEA countries. In the case of transfers of your personal data outside the EEA, these transfers will be made on the basis of standard contractual clauses with regard to data protection adopted by the European Commission. You may also request additional information with regard to the transfer of the data outside the EEA by contacting us as described in points 1 and 2.

6. Your rights and profiling

You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, or to object to processing as well as the right to data portability. If the data are processed on the basis of a consent (for marketing purposes), you have the right to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing conducted on the basis of the aforementioned consent prior to its revocation.

At the same time, be advised that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO) seated in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2.

7. Obligation to provide data

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary in order to establish contact and respond to your inquiry, request or demand and/or to send commercial and marketing information.
