Eco2Way towards zero-emission future

We feel responsible and thus determined to take any possible actions to combat climate change and its subsequent impact. Environmental responsibility is:

  • an integral part of our vision for the development of the entire Group, as well as individual Business Entities;

  • one of the pillars of our business strategy

  • a key component of our ESG strategy;

  • and finally the topic of the “Raben Group Climate and Environmental Policy” which we implemented in 2021 on the Group level.

Raben ECO2WAY is a project which covers activities mitigating our negative impact on the environment.

■ Our strategic goals by 2027:

  • 35% reduction of emissions intensity in our facilities

  • 15% reduction of emissions intensity in transport operations

  • 99% of our own and suppliers’ fleet with at least Euro V standard

  • further development of the CO2 calculator at the shipment level

■ Green solutions:

  • investing in electric fleet and HDV charging infrastructure

  • use of HVO in our own and suppliers’ fleet

  • warehouses powered by green electricity

Raben Group’s SBTi near-term targets are to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions by 60.4% by 2032 (compared to the 2020 baseline). In addition, Raben Group has committed itself to engaging its regular carriers, collectively responsible for 79% of Scope 3 emissions in climate action by 2027. 

By adopting science-based targets, Raben Group is dedicated to continuously improve its environmental performance with a strong focus on reducing the carbon footprint in logistics operation and the entire supply chain. This approach allows us to enhance the efficiency of our logistics solutions and contribute to creating a more sustainable future.
