They are used for storage of chemical substances in originally sealed containers. Performed activities are standard logistics operations carried out by experienced and trained personnel under constant supervision of managerial staff. All equipment and installations are maintained by qualified service companies while relevant services regularly verify their technical condition.
The warehouses are equipped with fire detection systems and the facilities are located close to State Fire Service stations so reaction time of emergency services is very quick. Branches of Raben Logistics Polska Sp. z o.o. in Gądki, as well as all technological and warehouse installations located therein, are under constant supervision of the Environmental Protection Inspectorate, State Fire Service, the Office of Technical Supervision, and they hold all necessary permits which allow for their use. Designs of warehouses used for storage of chemical substances were made taking into account safety requirements governed by the Polish law. For each location, a separate, in-depth risk analysis was performed in line with the relevant Raben Group policy. Performed risk analyses allowed for selecting the most effective preventive actions which decreased the risk to the acceptable level.
