We encourage you support our initiative called e-invoice = greater culture. Documents generated by us are fully approved by tax offices and they comply with all the relevant legal requirements. The invoices are issued by Fresh Logistics Polska in the PDF format (portable document format), and then sent to Customers via electronic mail to the agreed e-mail address.


Electronic invoices bring numerous advantages:

• we protect the environment (one ton of paper is produced from 17 trees)
• we save time (the invoice is accessible immediately after issuing)
• we eliminate the risk of using the document
• we save space and effort of the Employees connected with archiving

Your consent can be expressed:

• in writing – by filling in the attached form "Consent to receive invoices in an electronic form" and sending it to the Customer Service Department you cooperate with.
• electronically - by sending an e-mail with the information that you accept electronic invoices to the Customer Service Department,
